VTuber Logo, Banner, and Stream Overlay CommissionsHi! 👋Before placing an order, please read these Terms & Conditions carefully.😊Placing an order means you agree to these terms. ✨

1. General✅ I create VTuber logos, banners, and stream overlays.❗ I do not create emotes, character art, or other unrelated assets unless previously agreed upon.‼️ Please contact me first (via VGen, Fiverr, or Discord) before ordering so we can discuss your idea, availability, and requirements.

2. Deliverables📬For VTuber Logo Commissions (via any platform):

3. Revisions❗Minor revisions (small fixes, color adjustments) are free within the provided limit❗Major changes (concept/layout changes) will incur an additional fee if requested after the sketch has been approved❗No changes are accepted once the final files are delivered

4. Delivery Time🕥❗Standard delivery time applies as stated in each commission type, starting after payment and project confirmation❗Rush orders are possible but must be discussed in advance and will require an additional fee

5. Usage & Licensing🗎✅The base price covers personal use only (e.g., streaming, branding)‼️For commercial use (e.g., merchandise, agencies, printing), please discuss the license and pricing beforehand✅Add-ons are available for extra concepts, fast delivery, and commercial rights

6. Rights & Ownership🗎‼️I retain the rights to display the commissioned work in my portfolio and social media unless otherwise agreed‼️To keep the work private, please inform me before starting the project (extra fee may apply)‼️You may not resell, heavily edit, or claim the design as your own

7. Payment & Refund Policy💵‼️Payment is 100% upfront via VGen, Fiverr, or agreed personal payment method‼️No refunds unless I cancel the project‼️If you cancel midway, you will be charged proportionally for the work completed

8. Communication📬 I will provide updates at key stages (sketch → base color → final)❗If there is no response within 5 days, the project may be paused or canceledBy ordering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions
